We purchased the home Alex staged. She staged it so warmly and elegantly, we immediately felt that this house is going to be our future home. Since we loved her work so much, we ended up hiring her as our interior designer, which is the best decision we have made. We remodeled our kitchen plus two bathrooms. Alex helped us select a gorgeous tile that was really the focal point of our new kitchen. We also were planning to do linear drains for our new showers, which the tile shops quoted us a high price. Alex called other specialty plumbing companies and lowered the price significantly for us! She helped us select all of our furniture, most of them were custom-made to fit perfectly to our new home both in color and size and the prices were very reasonable. She then chose artworks and accent pillows to complement our home. Our new home is now both beautiful and functional for us to enjoy and relax, and we couldn’t be happier! Overall, we are extremely happy with Alex’s service. She displayed unparalleled professionalism and talent. She also has the greatest work ethic, answering promptly to all of my emails, texts and phone calls. We are very grateful that Alex worked her “magic” with our new home!

Of course I believe imaginative architecture can make a difference to people's lives, but I wish it was possible to divert some of the effort we put into ambitious museums and galleries into the basic architectural building blocks of society.

We need to rediscover the essence of the meaning of 'the use.' Architecture is, above all, here for a better living. Every gesture, every shape must be justified by various reasons that would reinforce their reason to be, their use, and will give more sense to their beauty.

There is something about giving everything to your profession. In Italian, an obsession is not necessarily negative. It's the art of putting all your energy into one thing; it's the art of transforming even what you eat for lunch into architecture.

Liquid architecture. It's like jazz - you improvise, you work together, you play off each other, you make something, they make something. And I think it's a way of - for me, it's a way of trying to understand the city, and what might happen in the city.
